HealthcareEdu has made training your staff simple and straightforward. The setup process for HealthcareEDU is done over the web. You and your staff can begin training immediately.

1.  Register for Basic or Advanced Course(s)
Once you register for course(s), your login ID and Password are emailed to you with instructions for setting up your student account(s). You have unlimited use of the learning system for 3 months.

2.  Take Course(s)
Each online course has course objectives, lessons (½ to 1½ pages in length), interactive zones, Important Points, a course summary, and exam. Courses are book marked so students can come in and out of the system as much as they want for 3 months. Other student features include: glossary of terms, report card informing student what they have passed, and easy button navigation between lessons, quizzes, glossary, and search features.

3.  Pass Exam(s) and Get Certification
Each course has a randomly generated exam that follows. Students can test until they pass. A "Certificate of Completion" is issued to students for each course when exam is passed. A score of 80% or better is required. These certificates can be printed for your records and are proof of training for HIPAA Audits. Certification by HealthcareEdu is an acknowledgement that students have received training in the essentials of HIPAA law. Training is a requirement for HIPAA Compliance under both its Privacy and Security provisions.
