Training your organization and becoming HIPAA Compliant does not have to be complicated and/or difficult. The set-up process detailed below is simple and straightforward and can be completed within hours. Training typically begins within days of signing contract.

Step One- Course Configuration
A Content Consultant will work with your Company's designated Administrator or HIPAA Compliance Officer to define Curriculum Tracks and students' needs, as well as which courses best fit the job training categories of the workforce.

Step Two- Student Registration
We would electronically register your students from an Excel file you provide. Then, the system would automatically generate Student Login IDs. The first time students log into the system, they create their own password which Administrators have record of.

Step Three- Training
Training can immediately begin once IDs and passwords are distributed. Students go to www.HealthcareEdu.org to login and begin training. The system tells students the courses they must complete and tracks their progress. Administrators/Compliance Officers have real-time access to the full suite of reports to monitor training. "Certificates of Completion" are issued once students pass designated exams.

*Students have full use of the system for 3 months from registration date.
